The Pargo parcel points are established at well-known and trusted South African retail stores like Clicks, Caltex and many more.

Transit times provided below are based on working days following the working day of collection being taken into consideration.

Express – or all “time sensitive” and smaller shipments

This service provides a morning delivery, the following working day* after collection from VanSchaik.com.

The Express Service operates between all major centres and their immediate surrounds.

Regional areas* which are peri-urban to rural, can expect an additional working days’ delay. This service is ideal for time-sensitive packages as well as small packages between 1 and 2kgs in mass.

Budget – affordable and convenient

This service is a 1 – 2 working day transit time after collection from Van Schaik.com

This transit time is given for parcels between major centres* and once again, regional areas can expect a working days delay. This service is ideal for packages that are not as time-sensitive, with a weight of between 3 and 7kgs in mass.

Road – moving bulky and heavy shipments

This service has a 48 – 72 working hours (or 2 to 4 days) transit time for major centres. Regional areas can expect a working day’s delay. This service is ideal for packages that are not time-sensitive and is cost effective for moving bulky and heavy goods

Over and above an extensive domestic network, Internet Express is a registered clearing and forwarding agent in our right, and can assist with all International imports and exports, on either an airfreight or sea freight basis. . We offer an international door to door courier service.

* Major Centres are Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit/Mbombela, and Pietersburg/Polokwane

* A regional area is not a main area or a local area. All regional areas will have a delay in the delivery time, as most of these areas are not serviced daily. In extremely remote areas, these may only be serviced on a scheduled basis. For example: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. That could be on a weekly basis or fortnightly.

* Courier delivery transit time is calculated from the date of the shipment being handed over to Internet Express

We pride ourselves in our special service offering as well, should you wish to send a sameday delivery, have a shipment collected for you or delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or even a public holiday

Just a reminder though, these special services are limited to locally based deliveries and major centre areas, unless prior special arrangements are made and quoted accordingly.

Please kindly provide us with a complete day time delivery addresses, whether this address is at work or at home. If this is a work address just a friendly reminder to provide us with your company or organisation name, and a contact cell number is also very handy. It is important to have the exact delivery address, for example: Building name, Floor number, Flat number, street address of the building.

Delivery to Estate-based environments, often require an access code to be provided. Kindly provide the access code or alert the Estate security accordingly, otherwise please expect a call from our Customer services to arrange this, bearing in mind that such complications could result in a day’s (or more) transit delay.
